This page (levni.eu) is a standalone campaign page for Levni Artistry’s Instagram giveaway. We deliberately process as little data as possible here: there’s no form on this site, and entering the giveaway happens entirely on Instagram. Below is exactly what that means in practice.

2. Entering happens on Instagram, not on this website

To enter the giveaway you post, comment, or tag from your own Instagram account — this happens entirely within Instagram, not on levni.eu. Meta (the company behind Instagram) processes that data under its own privacy policy, which you can read at privacycenter.instagram.com/policy. If you win, we’ll reach out via an Instagram DM from @levni.artistry. We don’t keep our own list of participants’ or winners’ names, phone numbers, or email addresses.

3. What this website remembers technically

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics. The only thing temporarily stored in your browser (via sessionStorage, not a cookie) is whether you’ve already seen the intro video — so you’re not shown it again. This never leaves your device, is never shared with anyone, and disappears automatically once you close the tab.

4. Hosting

The website is hosted with Vercel Inc. Like any hosting provider, Vercel automatically processes standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) to keep the website running and secure. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Retention

Since we don’t collect personal data ourselves through this website, there’s nothing to retain beyond the above.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. For questions about this — or about how Instagram/Meta processes your data after entering — contact info@levni.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

7. Security

The website is only reachable over a secure HTTPS connection and uses standard security headers to prevent abuse such as clickjacking.
